1956 Johannesburg. Office of the Mayor letter to C H Leake 27th September 1956 regarding the award of a medal to Leake.

Handwritten letter from Wally Mears to Mr Dunn referring to the publication of the Early History of St Stithians College which Mears was working on at the time. Although not identified as such in the letter, it can be deduced from the reference to the work of the parents, that he is Mr Colin J H Dunn who was the Chairman of the Parents' Association for the period 1969 -1970.

1964 Motion to the Conference of the Methodist Church submitted by the Heads of the four schools represented on the Committee for European Education. The document consists of two parts: the motion and then a short letter outlining the purpose of the motion and signed by Miss Susie C Kachelhoffer as Convenor of the Committee on European Education.
The document is also inscribed with a note to the St Stithians Headmaster.

1977 BP Letter from HM The Queen to BP Headmaster, 24th February, 1977. This original letter was written and signed by Susan Hussey, Lady-in-waiting, on behalf of The Queen. It acknowledges the letters written by the children of the BP to Her Majesty on the occasion of her Silver Jubilee.
