Administrative history

Methodist school founded on a portion of the farm Driefontein by the Trust from the proceeds of the bequests of Cornishmen: Albert Charles Collins and William Mountstephens.

Archival history

The first remembrance service was held in November, 2007, initiated by the BC Counselling Psychologist, Mrs Sue Mackenzie. The format of the first service was a candle -lighting. Since then, the annual service and the accompanying Memorial booklet have grown.
As it is updated annually, only the latest version of the booklet is published in this digital archive. Physical copies of all the booklets are held in the Archive.
